The invention provides a 6XXX series aluminum alloy plate for a vehicle door inner plate and a preparation method and application of the 6XXX series aluminum alloy plate. The plate is prepared from, by weight, 1.55%-1.85% of Si, smaller than or equal to 0.3% of Fe, 0.05%-0.3% of Cu, 0.05%-0.15% of Mn, 0.2%-0.9% of Mg, 0.01%-0.03% of Ti and the balance Al and inevitable impurities, and the atomic ratio of Si to Mg is (1.5-7.9): 1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials, and sequentially carrying out smelting and casting, homogenization-cooling and heat preservation integrated treatment, hot rolling, primary cold rolling, intermediate annealing, secondary cold rolling, solid solution, straightening and pre-aging. The plate is high in work hardening index, small in anisotropy, high in plane strain limit, good in room-temperature parking stability, high in baking yield strength, good in mechanical property and forming property and suitable for being applied to stamping forming of the automobile door inner plate.

    本发明提供了一种车门内板用6XXX系铝合金板材、其制备方法及应用。按重量百分比计,板材包括Si 1.55~1.85%,Fe≤0.3%,Cu 0.05~0.3%,Mn 0.05~0.15%,Mg 0.2~0.9%,Ti 0.01~0.03%,余量为Al及不可避免的杂质,Si和Mg的原子比为(1.5~7.9):1;制备方法包括:将原料混合后依次进行熔炼与铸造、均匀化—降温保温一体化处理、热轧、一次冷轧、中间退火、二次冷轧、固溶、矫直、预时效。本发明的板材加工硬化指数高、各向异性小、平面应变极限高,室温停放稳定性好、烘烤屈服强度高,兼顾良好的力学性能和成形性能,适合应用于汽车车门内板的冲压成形。
