The invention discloses a sand core hanging spring tying device which comprises a left support and a right support, a fixing frame is rotationally connected to the side wall of the right support, a height adjusting groove is formed in the side wall of the fixing frame, and a double-end threaded rod is rotationally connected into the height adjusting groove; the invention further discloses a sand core suspension spring tying process method of the sand core suspension spring tying device, which comprises the following process steps: S1, designing and manufacturing a core box mold according to a design scheme of a sand core; s2, a through hanging spring is tied; s3, making a core; s4, placing a core box; s5, closing the box; and S6, cleaning sand and cutting. The core box can be clamped and fixed, and meanwhile, the L-shaped plates on the upper side and the lower side can support the upper end face and the lower end face of the core box, so that when the fixing frame drives the core box to turn over, the L-shaped plates can still effectively fix the core box, and the core box is prevented from falling off.

    本发明公开了一种拴砂芯吊丝装置,包括左支架与右支架,其中所述右支架的侧壁上转动连接有固定架,所述固定架的侧壁上开设有调高槽,所述双头螺纹杆转动连接在调高槽内;本发明还公开了一种拴砂芯吊丝装置的拴砂芯吊丝工艺方法,包括以下工艺步骤:S1、根据砂芯的设计方案,设计和制作芯盒模具;S2、拴对通吊丝;S3、制芯;S4、放置芯盒;S5、合箱;S6、清砂切割。本发明既能够对芯盒进行夹紧固定,同时上下侧的L型板也能够托住芯盒上下端面,如此当固定架带动芯盒翻转时,L型板仍能够有效固定住芯盒,避免芯盒脱落。
