The invention discloses a split tensioning type traction wheel bushing which comprises a plurality of circumferential split parts, connecting assemblies are connected between the circumferential split parts, the circumferential split parts are connected to form a supporting assembly, a composite layer is connected to the outer circle face of the supporting assembly, and a traction groove is formed in the composite layer. According to the split tensioning type traction wheel lining, a composite layer can be rapidly separated from a circumferential split part, so that the efficiency of replacing the composite layer is improved, it is guaranteed that the connection relation between the composite layer and the circumferential split part is tight, the subsequent maintenance cost is reduced, and the service life of the traction wheel lining is prolonged. The gaps of the supporting assemblies can adapt to thermal expansion changes of the supporting assemblies, so that the situation that the materials of the composite layer are damaged due to excessive expansion of the supporting assemblies is reduced, and the overall structural stability of the traction sheave is protected.

    本发明公开了一种分体涨紧式曳引轮衬套,包括有若干周向分体件,各个所述周向分体件之间连接有连接组件,各个所述周向分体件连接组成支撑组件,所述支撑组件外圆面上连接有复合层,所述复合层上设置有曳引槽。本发明提供了一种分体涨紧式曳引轮衬套,能够快速将复合层与周向分体件进行脱离,从而提高更换复合层的效率,并且保证复合层与周向分体件之间的连接关系紧密,降低了后续的维护成本,支撑组件的间隙能够适应支撑组件的热膨胀变化,进而降低支撑组件过渡膨胀损坏复合层的材质,从而保护曳引轮的整体结构稳定性。
