The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a power battery pack locking mechanism which is mainly composed of a locking connecting assembly, a locking mechanism body and a fastening auxiliary structure. According to the battery pack locking device, the locking mechanism and the fastening auxiliary structure are matched for use, so that the locking work of the battery pack can be quickly realized, the locking work is stable, locking shaking and fastening deviation are avoided, attached vibration springback after locking is avoided, and the locking work quality is improved; in addition, through the arranged locking connecting assembly, the bearing body, the extending body and the fixing ring frame can be disassembled, the connecting stability is guaranteed on the basis that the bearing body, the extending body and the fixing ring frame can be disassembled, the stability of locking work operation is not affected, meanwhile, convenience is provided for later maintenance, and the actual use requirement is met.

    本发明涉及车辆技术领域,具体为一种动力电池包锁止机构,主要是由锁止连接组件、锁止机构和紧固辅助结构三部分组成;通过设置的锁止机构与紧固辅助结构两个的配合使用,能够快速实现电池包的锁止工作,且锁止工作运行稳定,不会发生锁止抖动以及紧固偏差,避免锁紧后附带震动回弹,提高锁止工作质量;再者通过设置的锁止连接组件,使得承载体、延伸体与固定环框能够进行拆分,在保证其可拆的基础上保证连接稳定性,且不会影响锁止工作运转的稳定性,与此同时也为后期的维护提供便利,满足实际使用需求。
