The invention discloses a bridge removing system, a control method of the bridge removing system and engineering machinery. The bridge removing system comprises an air supply mechanism, an electronic control unit, an electromagnetic valve and a bridge removing mechanism which are sequentially connected. The bridge disengaging mechanism comprises a shell, an input gear shaft, an output gear shaft, a combination sleeve and a shifting fork, the input gear shaft and the output gear shaft are rotationally connected with the shell, coaxially arranged and in clearance fit with each other, and the combination sleeve is arranged outside the input gear shaft and the output gear shaft in a sliding mode and rotationally connected with the shifting fork; the electronic control unit is used for controlling the air supply mechanism to supply air into or out of the bridge releasing mechanism through the electromagnetic valve so as to drive the shifting fork to drive the combination sleeve to move; when the combination sleeve is only matched with the input gear shaft, a two-drive driving mode is realized; when the combination sleeve is matched with the input gear shaft and the output gear shaft at the same time, a four-wheel drive mode is achieved. The bridge removing mechanism is small in size, independent of the gearbox, flexible in arrangement and high in adaptability, pneumatic control is adopted, and oil leakage pollution is avoided.
本发明公开了一种脱桥系统、脱桥系统的控制方法和工程机械,脱桥系统包括依次连接的供气机构、电子控制单元、电磁阀和脱桥机构;脱桥机构包括外壳、输入齿轮轴、输出齿轮轴、结合套和拨叉,输入齿轮轴和输出齿轮轴与外壳转动连接,两者同轴设置且间隙配合,结合套滑动设于输入齿轮轴和输出齿轮轴外部,结合套与拨叉转动连接;电子控制单元用于控制供气机构通过电磁阀向脱桥机构进气或出气,以驱动拨叉带动结合套移动;结合套仅与输入齿轮轴配合时,实现两驱驱动模式;结合套与输入齿轮轴及输出齿轮轴同时配合时,实现四驱驱动模式。本发明的脱桥机构尺寸小、独立于变速箱之外,布置灵活,适应性强,且采用气动控制,避免了油液泄漏污染。
