The ultraviolet enhanced reflection glass type secondary surface mirror comprises a substrate, a front surface film layer and a rear surface film layer, the substrate is made of cerium-doped glass or quartz glass. The rear surface film layer is composed of a metal reflecting layer and a protective layer, the metal reflecting layer is made of metal Ag with high reflectivity, the protective layer is made of Ni-Cr alloy, the Ag layer can be prevented from being oxidized, and the wear resistance is improved. The front surface film layer is composed of a conductive layer and an ultraviolet reflection layer, the ultraviolet reflection layer is a Ta2O5/SiO2 or TiOx/SiO2 multi-layer optical interference film, the conductive layer is an ITO film or an AZO film, and the anti-static requirement can be met. According to the invention, ultraviolet reflection is increased on the basis of the glass type secondary surface mirror, and the glass type secondary surface mirror has high reflection performance on ultraviolet light of 300-400nm, so that the absorptivity in a solar spectrum range of 200-2500nm is lower than 0.06, and the infrared emissivity is greater than 0.79. The overall structure is long in service life, high in reliability and wide in application.

    本发明提供一种紫外增反玻璃型二次表面镜,包括基底、前表面薄膜层以及后表面薄膜层。基底采用掺铈玻璃或石英玻璃。后表面薄膜层由金属反射层和保护层组成,金属反射层的材料为高反射率的金属Ag,保护层的材料为Ni‑Cr合金,可防止Ag层氧化且提高耐磨性能。前表面薄膜层由导电层和紫外反射层组成,紫外反射层为Ta2O5/SiO2或者TiOx/SiO2多层光学干涉薄膜,导电层为ITO薄膜或者AZO薄膜,可满足防静电的需求。本发明通过玻璃型二次表面镜的基础上增加紫外线反射,对300~400nm的紫外光具备高反射性能,最终使得200~2500nm太阳光谱范围内的吸收率低于0.06以下、红外发射率大于0.79以上。整体结构寿命长、可靠性高、适应广泛。
