On the premise that the length of the auxiliary beam is not increased and the hanging point position of the electric hoist on the auxiliary beam is not changed, the angle between the blade rear edge and the hanging belt is adjusted, excessive extrusion is prevented, the blade rear edge is reliably hoisted and protected, and the gravity center position of the blade is adjusted; and the intersection point of the stress extension lines of the bag lifting belts, the main lifting point at the upper part of the lifting appliance and the gravity center of the blade are positioned on the same vertical line, so that the balance and stability of lifting are ensured, the lifting of the blades with different volumes is realized, and the lifting cost is reduced.

    本发明一种单叶片吊具吊装角度纠偏辅助机构,包括支杆组件、伸缩副杆,支杆组件包括主横梁连接组件、长度调节组件和吊带长度调节组件,主横梁连接组件的一端与主横梁一侧活动连接,伸缩副杆的一端与长度调节组件活动连接,伸缩副杆另一端与主横梁侧翼的副梁吊耳活动连接,吊带长度调节组件的前端延伸至位于单叶片后缘一端的吊带处。本发明可在不增加副梁长度,不改变电动葫芦在副梁上的挂点位置的前提下,调节叶片后缘与吊带的角度,防止过度挤压,对叶片后缘进行可靠吊装保护,调整叶片的重心位置,使兜吊吊带的受力延长线交点、吊具上部主吊点与叶片的重心在同一垂直线上,确保吊装的平衡和稳定,从而实现对不同体积叶片的吊装,降低吊装成本。
