The invention discloses an EPS sliding compensation control system which comprises a data acquisition module, a sliding state recognition module, a sliding torque calculation module and an EPS motor. The data acquisition module is used for acquiring a current hand torque mtbt, a motor torque mmot, a vehicle speed vveh and a motor RPS rotating speed vrps; the sliding state recognition module judges whether the current transmission belt is in a sliding state or not according to the obtained current hand torque mtbt, the motor torque mmot, the vehicle speed vveh and the motor RPS rotating speed vrps; the sliding torque calculation module is used for calculating motor compensation torque when the transmission belt is in a sliding state; and the EPS motor performs compensation according to the motor compensation torque output by the sliding torque calculation module. Normal steering control can be achieved under the EPS transmission belt sliding working condition.

    本发明公开了一种EPS滑动补偿控制系统,包括数据采集模块,滑动状态识别模块,滑动扭矩计算模块,EPS电机;数据采集模块用于获取当前手力扭矩mtbt,电机扭矩mmot,车速vveh和电机RPS转速vrps;滑动状态识别模块根据获得的当前手力扭矩mtbt,电机扭矩mmot,车速vveh和电机RPS转速vrps,判断当前传动带是否处于滑动状态;滑动扭矩计算模块用于在传动带处于滑动状态时计算电机补偿扭矩;EPS电机根据滑动扭矩计算模块输出的电机补偿扭矩进行补偿。本发明能够在EPS传动带滑动工况下实现正常转向控制。
