The invention discloses an automatic take-up device of a charging pile, and relates to the technical field of charging piles. A traditional charging pile is unstable in automatic take-up function, and a charging wire is damaged due to torsion. The device comprises a folding frame assembled in an equipment groove, two parallel sliding rails are arranged above the folding frame in the stretching direction of the folding frame, the two ends of a hinge shaft at the top of the folding frame are rotationally connected with first sliding seats inserted into the sliding rails on the two sides, meanwhile, a plurality of sliding frames are slidably arranged on the sliding rails on the two sides, and the two ends of each sliding frame are inserted into the sliding rails on the two sides; the sliding frame and the first sliding seat are arranged at an interval, and a balance spring is arranged between the end part of the sliding frame and the first sliding seat; the bottom of the sliding frame is connected with a telescopic piece, the electric wire penetrates through the bottom of the telescopic piece and the upper portion of a hinge shaft on the top of the folding frame in a wave shape, the driving unit controls the downward pressing height of the downward pressing assembly, meanwhile, a wire clamping part for clamping the wire in a rolling mode is further arranged in the equipment groove on the wire outlet side, stable and orderly wire winding and unwinding are achieved through the structure, and the electric wire is prevented from being sprained.

    本发明公开了充电桩的自动收线装置,涉及充电桩技术领域。传统充电桩自动收线功能不稳定,且充电线扭转损伤。本发明包括:配装在设备槽内的折叠架,折叠架上方沿其伸展方向的设有两个平行的滑轨,折叠架顶部的铰接轴两端转动连接有插入两侧滑轨内的第一滑座,同时两侧滑轨上还滑动设有若干滑架,滑架的两端插入两侧的滑轨内,且滑架与第一滑座间隔设置,同时滑架端部与第一滑座间还设有平衡弹簧;滑架底部连接有伸缩件,电线成波浪形穿过伸缩件底部和折叠架顶部的铰接轴上方,控制下压组件下压高度的驱动单元,同时出现侧的设备槽内还设有滚动夹线的夹线部,通过以上结构实现稳定、有序的收放线,避免电线扭伤。
