The invention provides a remote control parking braking method and device and a fuel vehicle, and relates to the technical field of braking. The electronic parking braking system is applied to a fuel vehicle braking system, the fuel vehicle braking system further comprises an electronic stability control system, the electronic parking braking system and the electronic stability control system are independently arranged, and the method comprises the steps that when the vehicle is in a remote control parking state, the speed of the vehicle is obtained; when the vehicle speed is smaller than the threshold value, whether a clamping request sent by an electronic stability control system is received or not is judged; wherein the clamping request is sent by the electronic stability control system when hardware fails; and if yes, the wheel is clamped. Based on the layout of the fuel vehicle, a braking redundancy method of an independent electronic parking braking system and an electronic stability control system is adopted, and on the premise of small arrangement change and low cost, it is ensured that the fuel vehicle can still be braked when a braking system is subjected to single-point failure in the remote control parking process.
