The invention discloses a dynamic signal timing optimization method and system based on short-time traffic volume prediction. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a short-time traffic sequence at a current moment in real time; performing wavelet decomposition on the short-time traffic sequence to obtain a stable sequence signal and a random sequence signal; predicting the random sequence signal according to a Markov chain model to obtain a predicted random sequence at the next moment; predicting the stable sequence signal according to the radial basis function neural network to obtain a predicted stable sequence at the next moment; performing linear combination according to the prediction stable sequence and the prediction random sequence to obtain a prediction traffic sequence; performing traffic flow clustering analysis on the predicted traffic sequence according to a fuzzy clustering algorithm to obtain a predicted traffic flow mode; searching a traffic flow prediction mode in a credit control strategy library to obtain a timing parameter of a corresponding control strategy; and sending the timing parameter of the next moment to a signal machine.

    本发明公开一种基于短时交通量预测的动态信号配时优化方法以及系统。方法包括:实时获取当前时刻短时交通序列;对短时交通序列进行小波分解,获得稳定序列信号与随机序列信号;根据马尔可夫链模型对随机序列信号进行预测,获得下一时刻的预测随机序列;根据径向基函数神经网络对稳定序列信号进行预测,获得下一时刻的预测稳定序列;根据预测稳定序列与预测随机序列进行线性组合,获得预测交通序列;根据模糊聚类算法对预测交通序列进行交通流聚类分析,获得预测交通流模式;在信控策略库中查找预测交通流模式,获得对应的控制策略的配时参数;将下一时刻的配时参数发送至信号机。
