The invention relates to the field of mining vehicles, and discloses a mining electric vehicle state parameter estimation system based on complex working conditions, and the system comprises a data collection module which collects and integrates sensor data and image data of a mining electric vehicle; the image processing module obtains, analyzes and processes image data; the edge processing module distributes the data processing task to a local device or an edge server for parallel processing; the self-adaptive updating module performs self-adaptive adjustment and optimization on an algorithm and a model according to the real-time feedback information; the estimation module accurately estimates state parameters of the electric vehicle by adopting a filtering algorithm and a state estimation algorithm; and the control and decision module controls the speed and steering behavior of the electric vehicle through a feedback control algorithm. The system can accurately estimate the state parameters of the mining electric vehicle by utilizing sensor data and image processing technologies and combining with the updating of a self-adaptive algorithm and a model, and formulate a corresponding control strategy and a decision scheme according to an estimation result, so as to improve the safety and efficiency of the mining electric vehicle.
