The invention belongs to the technical field of integrated design of aircraft engines, and particularly relates to a method and device for determining air entraining parameters of a flight engine under different flight conditions, and the method comprises the steps: S1, determining the flight condition of an aircraft; s2, under the aircraft flight working condition, engine bleed air parameter curves under different engine states and different bleed air pipe diameters are calculated, and each engine bleed air parameter curve corresponds to a specific engine state and a specific bleed air pipe diameter; s3, determining an air entraining demand of the aircraft environment control system; and S4, determining engine air entraining parameters meeting the air entraining requirements in the engine air entraining parameter curve, and taking the engine air entraining parameters as flying air entraining parameters. According to the method, the change relation between the air bleed pressure and the air bleed flow is constructed, the air bleed common working point under different flight conditions, different engine working states and different air bleed pipe diameters is obtained, the method is used for scheme design evaluation, and the development efficiency is improved.
