The mobile charging piles are dispatched to supply power to the type a electric vehicles and the type b electric vehicles, so that the queuing behavior of the vehicles on the highway at the energy supply facility is efficiently captured to meet the charging requirements of different types of electric vehicles, and the charging efficiency of the electric vehicle charging facility is further improved.
