The invention discloses a light pressure-resistant composite material rudder blade and a manufacturing method thereof. The light pressure-resistant composite material rudder blade comprises a rudder shaft, a rudder blade flat plate, pressure-resistant buoyancy plates and a glass fiber surface layer, the rudder shaft and the rudder blade flat plate are both made of steel structures, the rudder blade flat plate is fixedly connected with the lower portion of the rudder shaft, and the multiple layers of pressure-resistant buoyancy plates are laid on the two end faces of the rudder blade flat plate. The outer surface of the pressure-resistant buoyancy plate is wrapped with a glass fiber surface layer in a sealed mode, and the rudder blade flat plate, the pressure-resistant buoyancy plate and the glass fiber surface layer jointly form a rudder blade body. The light pressure-resistant composite material rudder blade provided by the invention can better adapt to the use condition of a submersible vehicle rudder blade, and has the advantages of simple structure, good manufacturability, variable composite material combination types, high overall stability and the like. Water flowing holes do not need to be formed in the surface of the light pressure-resistant composite material rudder blade, so that the problem of flow-induced trepanning vibration is solved, and the problem that large rotational inertia exists due to heavy water in the steering process is also solved.

    本发明公开了一种轻质耐压型复合材料舵叶及其制造方法。本轻质耐压型复合材料舵叶,包括舵轴、舵叶平板、耐压浮力板材和玻璃纤维表层,舵轴和舵叶平板均采用钢结构制成,舵叶平板与舵轴的下方固定连接,舵叶平板的两端面均铺设有多层耐压浮力板材,耐压浮力板材的外表面上封闭包裹有玻璃纤维表层,舵叶平板、耐压浮力板材和玻璃纤维表层共同形成舵叶本体。本发明提出的轻质耐压型复合材料舵叶,能较好的适应潜器舵叶使用工况,具有结构简单、工艺性好,复合材料组合型式多变,整体稳定性高等优点。本轻质耐压型复合材料舵叶表面不需要开设流水孔,因此,没有流激开孔振动问题,也不存在操舵过程中因含水重而存在较大的转动惯量问题。
