The invention relates to a rear longitudinal beam hot forming process which is characterized in that a side wall process modeling surface corresponding to a characteristic surface at the lap joint of an automobile thin plate rear longitudinal beam and a doorsill beam is designed into an arc-shaped surface, so that the material flowing direction can be effectively controlled, the forming friction force can be reduced, and the phenomena of wrinkling and cracking of the lap joint surface caused by non-uniform feeding can be improved. The characteristic surface modeling of the rear longitudinal beam is not influenced, so that the remarkable effect of improving the quality of a workpiece at a corresponding position is achieved; and on the premise of not changing the characteristic surface modeling of the rear longitudinal beam, the thickness of a plate is reduced, and the requirement for light weight of an automobile is met.
本发明涉及一种后纵梁热成形工艺,该成形工艺将汽车薄板后纵梁与门槛梁搭接处的特征面所对应的侧壁工艺造型面设计弧形面,能够有效的控制材料流动方向,减小成型摩擦力,改善搭接面因进料不均匀而产生的起皱开裂现象,而且不影响后纵梁的特征面造型,从而达到对应位置制件质量提升的显著效果;在不改变后纵梁特征面造型的前提下,减小板料厚度,满足汽车轻量化的要求。
