The invention provides a binocular vision control system, method and device for a vehicle and a medium, and the system comprises a first camera and a second camera which are used for shooting road images in the driving direction of the vehicle; the road information identification unit is used for acquiring road images shot by the first camera and the second camera, and determining road information in the driving direction of the vehicle according to the images shot by the first camera and the second camera based on a parallax algorithm and an identification algorithm; and the planning control unit is used for acquiring the driving information of the vehicle and controlling an electromagnetic shock absorber and an air suspension unit of the vehicle according to the driving information of the vehicle and the road information of the driving direction of the vehicle. The effects that the vehicle electromagnetic shock absorber and the suspension unit are accurately controlled according to the road surface information and the vehicle driving information, and the comfort degree of passengers taking the vehicle is improved are achieved.
