The invention relates to the technical field of charging cables, and discloses a cable and a manufacturing method thereof, the cable comprises a cable core, an aramid fiber braid layer and a sheath layer, a plurality of conductor monofilaments and an aramid fiber bundle are twisted into a plied yarn, and the tensile strength is provided; a plurality of strands are reversely stranded to form a semi-finished conductor, so that repeated bending deformation is avoided, and the flexibility is ensured; the copper wire braided layer is braided on the outer surface of the semi-finished conductor to assist the cable in resisting deformation, the copper wire braided layer and the semi-finished conductor can transmit current, the transmission efficiency is improved, and the economic value is high; an insulating layer is extruded on the outer surface to form a conductor, so that the safety is improved; the plurality of conductors and the filling member form the cable core, the appearance is round, the structure is stable, and the service life is prolonged. Finally, the outer surface of the cable core is sequentially braided and wrapped with the aramid braided layer and the sheath layer, the tensile strength of the cable is further improved, and wear resistance is improved; the cost is reasonable, the low-temperature use requirement of the intelligent movable charging robot is met, and good winding and bending performance and electrical performance are achieved.

    本发明涉及充电电缆技术领域,公开一种电缆及其制造方法,电缆包括缆芯、芳纶编织层和护套层,多根导体单丝和一根芳纶纤维束绞成股线,提供抗拉强度;多根股线反向复绞成导体半成品,避免反复弯曲变形,保证柔韧性;导体半成品外表面编织铜丝编织层,辅助电缆抵抗变形,铜丝编织层和导体半成品均能传输电流,传输效率提高,经济价值较高;再在外表面挤包绝缘层作成导体,提高安全性;多个导体和填充件组成缆芯,外观圆整,结构稳定,延长使用寿命;最后缆芯外表面依次编织包裹芳纶编织层和护套层,进一步增大电缆的抗拉强度,提高耐磨性;成本合理,满足智能可移动充电机器人的低温使用需求,具有良好的卷绕、弯曲性能及电气性能。
