The invention provides a cooling control method and device of a vehicle system, electronic equipment and a vehicle. The cooling control method of the vehicle system comprises the steps that target control parameters are determined according to speed information; and cooling control is conducted on the vehicle according to the target control parameters. Through the cooling control method of the vehicle system, the purposes of optimizing the cooling energy consumption of the vehicle system, reasonably saving energy, improving the energy utilization rate and further improving the endurance mileage of the vehicle can be achieved.
