The invention discloses a stratosphere airship for ozone layer repair, which belongs to the technical field of ozone layer repair and comprises an airship body, an energy mechanism is mounted on the airship body, an air electrolysis mechanism is mounted on the bottom surface of the airship body, and the air electrolysis mechanism is electrically connected with the energy mechanism. The air electrolysis mechanism comprises a flow guide part fixedly connected to the bottom face of the airship body, and an ozone preparation device is installed in the flow guide part and electrically connected with the energy mechanism. The ozone is prepared through solar electrolysis, no non-renewable energy sources are needed, and the device has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, efficient, economical and the like. According to the invention, controllable fixed-point ozone layer in-situ repair can be realized on the basis of the long-endurance airborne flight capability of the stratospheric airship in combination with an ozone cavity observed by a satellite.
