The invention discloses a tower hoisting method and a hoisting equipment assembly. The hoisting method of the tower building comprises the steps that the hoisting device hoists the first tower building section and the second tower building section and places the first tower building section and the second tower building section on the assembling mechanism, the first tower building section and the second tower building section are assembled on the assembling mechanism to form a third tower building section, the assembling mechanism transports the third tower building section to a berthing wharf, and a crane ship hoists the third tower building section to a semi-submersible barge. By means of the assembling mechanism, the tower building can be hoisted to the semi-submersible barge in the mode that the tower building is firstly manufactured in a segmented mode and then assembled and transported. Therefore, when the first tower section and the second tower section are hoisted, the weight of any one of the first tower section and the second tower section does not exceed the maximum hoisting capacity of the hoisting device, so that the problem that the hoisting capacity of the hoisting device is insufficient can be solved. The third tower section is transported to the berthing wharf through the splicing mechanism, then the tower is hoisted to the semi-submersible barge from the slipway, in this way, the distance between the tower and the semi-submersible barge can be shortened, and the transportation efficiency of the tower is improved.

    本申请公开了一种塔楼的吊装方法及吊装设备总成。塔楼的吊装方法包括:起吊装置将第一塔楼段和第二塔楼段分别吊起并放置于拼装机构上,第一塔楼段和第二塔楼段在拼装机构拼装并形成第三塔楼段,拼装机构将第三塔楼段运输至靠泊码头,起重船将第三塔楼段吊装至半潜驳。利用拼装机构,塔楼能够通过先分段制造再拼装运输的方式吊装至半潜驳。这样,第一塔楼段和第二塔楼段在起吊时,其任一者的重量都不超出起吊装置的最大起重量,从而能够克服起吊装置起吊能力不足的问题。利用拼装机构将第三塔楼段运输至靠泊码头,进而实现塔楼从船台吊装至半潜驳,这样能够缩短塔楼与半潜驳的距离,提高塔楼的运输效率。
