The invention discloses a visual AEB calibration system and method based on a two-dimensional coordinate image model, the system comprises a hardware device and a PC upper computer software system, the hardware device is provided with a CAN bus analyzer and an MCU camera module, the MCU camera module is used for collecting data information and transmitting the data information to the PC upper computer software system through a CAN private protocol, and the PC upper computer software system is connected with the CAN bus analyzer. The PC upper computer software system is used for updating and displaying a two-dimensional image curve; the PC upper computer software system comprises a parameter configuration module, a parameter operation module and an image updating module, configuration files A and B are preset in the parameter configuration module, and the parameter operation module is provided with a parameter reading button, a parameter synchronizing button, a parameter uploading button, a parameter importing button and an image exporting button. According to the visual AEB calibration method based on the two-dimensional image curve model, the system and the method can visually simulate and feed back to calibration personnel to actually send signals as auxiliary reference in the real vehicle calibration process, and the calibration efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了基于二维坐标图像模型的可视化AEB标定系统及方法,包括硬件设备与PC上位机软件系统,硬件设备具有CAN总线分析仪、MCU摄像头模块,其中MCU摄像头模块用于采集数据信息,并通过CAN私有协议将其传输至PC上位机软件系统,由PC上位机软件系统进行二维图像曲线更新显示;所述PC上位机软件系统包括参数配置模块、参数操作模块与图像更新模块,其中参数配置模块预设有配置文件A、B,参数操作模块提供有参数读取、参数同步、参数上传、参数导入及图像导出按钮。本发明实现了基于二维图像曲线模型的可视化AEB标定方法,该系统及方法可以直观的模拟反馈给标定人员在实车标定过程中实际发送信号做辅助参考并提高标定效率。
