The invention discloses a method for identifying thermal runaway of a battery. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring operation monitoring data in a whole vehicle charging process and sorting according to time and vehicle numbers; screening battery modules which are in a constant-current charging state and have a current value fluctuation range lower than a preset quantity; acquiring voltage value changes of the battery modules screened out in the previous step, and screening the battery modules with abnormally reduced voltage; screening a battery module with an abnormal temperature rise rate from the battery modules screened in the previous step; judging whether data acquisition is abnormal or not, if so, abandoning the data, and if not, entering the next step; judging whether the battery module screened out in the previous step is in an internal short circuit state, if not, not carrying out thermal runaway early warning, if yes, judging whether the maximum voltage difference of the battery module exceeds a preset voltage difference, if not, not carrying out thermal runaway early warning, and if yes, determining that an internal short circuit risk exists, and carrying out thermal runaway early warning; the method has the advantage that the thermal runaway identification result is accurate.

    本发明公开了一种识别电池热失控的方法,包括:获取整车充电过程中运行监控数据并按时间、车辆编号进行排序;筛选处于恒流充电状态且电流值波动范围低于预设量的电池模块;获取上一步筛选出的电池模块的电压值变化,筛选电压异常降低的电池模块;从上一步筛选出的电池模块中筛选温升速率异常的电池模块;判断是否存在数据采集异常,若是,则摒弃该数据,若否,则进入下一步;判断上一步筛选出的电池模块是否处于内短路状态,若否,则不进行热失控预警,若是,则判断电池模组最大压差是否超过预设压差,若否,则不进行热失控预警,若是,则存在内短路风险,进行热失控预警;本发明的优点在于:热失控识别结果较为准确。
