The invention relates to an electric vehicle battery management method based on data analysis. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring charging voltage data of a battery pack; extracting charging characteristic information of each single battery from the charging voltage data of the battery pack through a continuous variable mode decomposition algorithm; inputting the charging characteristic information of the single battery into a risk prediction model constructed based on a deep learning model to obtain a corresponding predicted thermal runaway risk value; taking the single battery of which the predicted thermal runaway risk value exceeds a risk threshold as a battery to be monitored; and charging and discharging process data of the battery needing to be monitored are obtained and fed back to a user of the electric automobile, so that the user knows the charging and discharging state of the battery needing to be monitored. According to the method, the characteristic signal is effectively extracted from the battery charging voltage data through the continuous variable mode decomposition algorithm, the battery thermal runaway risk is comprehensively, accurately and efficiently predicted through the deep learning model, and meanwhile, a user can be assisted to pre-judge the battery thermal runaway risk.
本发明涉及一种基于数据分析的电动汽车电池管理方法,包括:获取电池组的充电电压数据;通过连续变模态分解算法从电池组的充电电压数据中提取每个单体电池的充电特征信息;将单体电池的充电特征信息输入基于深度学习模型构建的风险预测模型中,得到对应的预测热失控风险值;将预测热失控风险值超过风险阈值的单体电池作为需监测电池;获取需监测电池的充放电过程数据并反馈给电动汽车的使用者,使其知晓需监测电池的充放电状态。本发明通过连续变模态分解算法有效的从电池充电电压数据中提取特征信号,并且通过深度学习模型全面、精准且高效的预测电池热失控风险,同时能够辅助使用者对电池的热失控风险做出预判。
