The high-speed encoder triggers the tire outer surface image acquisition assembly to perform synchronous image acquisition, the visual image processing system splices each frame of image to obtain structured data, the computer analysis software system analyzes the structured data to detect whether the tire is invalid, and the tire deformation or failure detection can be effectively performed.
