A charging pile composite air duct is characterized in that a left cabinet door and a right cabinet door are arranged on the left side and the right side of a charging pile body structure respectively, a charging module is arranged in the charging pile body structure, a centrifugal fan and a brushless direct current motor are arranged on the air outlet side of the charging module, and the brushless direct current motor and fan blades of the centrifugal fan are of an integrated structure; an air guide ring is arranged on an air inlet of the centrifugal fan, and a channel near fan blades is a centrifugal air channel; a rotary air duct is arranged in the tangential direction of the centrifugal fan impeller and communicated with the centrifugal air duct, a rotary air duct air outlet is formed in the tail end of the rotary air duct and communicated with the direct-current air duct, and air is exhausted outwards through the direct-current air duct. According to the charging pile, the charging pile can dissipate heat more efficiently, and the charging pile has a higher protection grade. The composite air duct structure reduces the energy loss of the centrifugal fan and is better matched with the characteristics of the centrifugal fan, so that the overall performance of the charging pile is improved, and the failure rate is greatly reduced.

    一种充电桩复合型风道,在充电桩主体结构的左右两侧分别设置左柜门和右柜门,在充电桩主体结构内设置有充电模块,在充电模块的出风口侧设置有离心风机和无刷直流电机,无刷直流电机与离心风机的扇叶为一体结构;在离心风机的进风口上设置有导风圈,扇叶附近的通道为离心风道;在离心风机叶轮的切线方向设置旋转风道,旋转风道与离心风道相连通,旋转风道的末端设置有旋转风道出风口,旋转风道出风口连通直流风道,风由直流风道向外排出。本发明使充电桩更高效率地散热以及使充电桩具有更高的防护等级。这种复合型风道结构减少了离心风机能量损耗,更匹配离心风机的特性,使充电桩的整机性能提升,故障率大大降低。
