The invention discloses a preparation method of UV offset printing aluminum-foil paper ink, which comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring and mixing 20-30 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 2-5 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-3 parts of wax emulsion, 1-5 parts of color paste, 30-40 parts of acetone solvent and 1-3 parts of diethanol amine to obtain ink, transporting the ink by adopting a transportation mechanism during transportation, according to the transportation mechanism, the sealing performance of the transportation system can be monitored in real time, the pressure change or vacuum degree in the transportation system can be monitored in real time through the pressure sensor, and if leakage or poor sealing exists, the detection device can give an alarm in time through the alarm to remind an operator to conduct maintenance and repair; therefore, the recovery efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, environmental pollution and resource waste can be avoided.
