The invention discloses a turnout online measurement method and device, and the method comprises the steps: receiving first acceleration data of a first displacement sensor, second acceleration data of a second displacement sensor, and third acceleration data of a third displacement sensor; wherein the first displacement sensor is arranged on an actuating rod of a turnout switch machine, the second displacement sensor is arranged on a turnout positioning switch tip, and the third displacement sensor is arranged on a turnout reverse switch tip; calculating a stroke according to the first acceleration data; calculating a positioning opening amount according to the second acceleration data; calculating an anti-position opening amount according to the third acceleration data; calculating a positioning locking amount and an anti-position locking amount according to the stroke, the positioning opening amount and the anti-position opening amount; and according to the stroke, the positioning opening amount, the anti-position opening amount, the positioning locking amount and the anti-position locking amount, whether the turnout state is abnormal or not is judged. The technical problems that traditional turnout parameter measuring operation excessively depends on manpower, time and labor are wasted, and efficiency is low are solved.

    本发明公开了一种道岔在线测量方法及装置,其中,方法包括:接收第一位移传感器的第一加速度数据、第二位移传感器的第二加速度数据和第三位移传感器的第三加速度数据;其中,第一位移传感器设置于道岔转辙机的动作杆上,第二位移传感器设置于道岔定位岔尖,第三位移传感器设置于道岔反位岔尖;根据第一加速度数据计算动程;根据第二加速度数据计算定位开口量;根据第三加速度数据计算反位开口量;根据动程、定位开口量以及反位开口量计算定位锁闭量和反位锁闭量;根据动程、定位开口量、反位开口量、定位锁闭量和反位锁闭量,判断道岔状态是否异常。本发明解决了传统测量道岔参数作业过度依赖人工、费时费力且效率低下的技术问题。
