The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle gear shifting control method and a hybrid electric vehicle. The hybrid electric vehicle gear shifting control method comprises the steps that whether an MCU is disconnected or not is judged; if the MCU is disconnected, it is indicated that the rotating speed of the motor cannot be obtained at the moment, the hybrid vehicle is controlled to enter a pure engine running mode, and the hybrid vehicle is controlled to run through an engine; when the gear of the hybrid electric vehicle is a neutral gear and the current speed of the hybrid electric vehicle is zero, the clutch is controlled to be in a closed state; when the driver needs to engage the gear, the clutch is controlled to be in a disengaged state; the current main box input shaft rotating speed of the gearbox is obtained; determining a sliding sleeve end speed difference according to the current main box input shaft rotating speed; and whether gear engaging operation is executed or not is determined according to the sliding sleeve end speed difference. The problem that when the MCU is disconnected, whether the hybrid electric vehicle conducts gear engaging operation or not cannot be accurately determined can be solved, the success rate of gear engaging under the condition that the MCU is disconnected is increased, the fault handling capacity of the hybrid electric vehicle is improved, and the service life of the clutch is prolonged.

    本发明公开了混合动力车换挡控制方法及混合动力车,该混合动力车换挡控制方法包括:判断MCU是否掉线;若MCU掉线,则表明此时电机转速无法获取,则控制混合动力车进入纯发动机行驶模式,通过发动机控制混合动力车运行;当混合动力车的挡位为空挡,且混合动力车当前的车速为零时,控制离合器处于闭合状态;当驾驶员有挂挡需求时,则控制离合器处于分离状态;获取变速箱的当前主箱输入轴转速;依据当前主箱输入轴转速确定滑套端速差;依据滑套端速差确定是否执行挂挡操作。能避免MCU掉线时无法准确的确定混合动力车是否进行挂挡操作的问题,提升了在MCU掉线的情况下进行挂挡的成功率,提升了混合动力车的故障处理能力,也提升了离合器的使用寿命。
