The invention relates to a short-circuit protection method, circuit and device for a vehicle-mounted low-voltage battery. The method comprises the following steps: detecting a current direction, a current value and a plurality of groups of battery cell voltage values of a vehicle-mounted low-voltage battery pack; when the current value is greater than a first preset current value and the current direction is in a discharging state, timing is started, and overcurrent duration is obtained; obtaining a fusing time threshold value; when the overcurrent duration is greater than the fusing time threshold, controlling a discharge switch of the vehicle-mounted low-voltage battery pack to be switched off; and when the overcurrent duration is less than the fusing time threshold, keeping the discharge switch of the vehicle-mounted low-voltage battery pack closed. Whether the fuse plays a role or not is judged according to the overcurrent duration, if the fuse does not play a role, the discharge switch is controlled to be switched off, and the situation that when the battery pack plays a role in short-circuit protection of a single load, the discharge switch of the battery pack is still switched off, and power cannot be supplied to other normal loads is avoided. The problem that the vehicle-mounted low-voltage battery pack cannot supply power to other normal loads during short-circuit protection is solved.

    本发明涉及一种车载低压电池短路保护方法、电路及装置,该方法通过检测车载低压电池包的电流方向、电流值和多组电芯电压值;在电流值大于第一预设电流值且电流方向处于放电状态下的方向时开始计时,得到过流持续时间;获取熔断时间阈值;在过流持续时间大于熔断时间阈值时,控制车载低压电池包的放电开关断开;在过流持续时间小于熔断时间阈值时,保持车载低压电池包的放电开关闭合。本发明根据过流持续时间判断保险丝是否起到作用,若未起作用再控制放电开关断开,避免了在电池包针对单个负载的短路保护起作用时,电池包的放电开关依旧断开,无法为其它正常负载进行供电。解决了车载低压电池包进行短路保护时无法为其它正常负载进行供电的问题。
