The invention provides an aircraft flexible assembly method capable of containing part manufacturing errors, belongs to the field of aeronautical manufacturing engineering/aircraft assembly, is suitable for assembly process design under the condition that the manufacturing precision of aircraft parts meets design indexes but does not meet assembly positioning requirements, and ensures the positioning precision of the parts. The method comprises the steps that a part positioning scheme is designed, and point features are adopted to replace surface and hole features; a flexible assembly tool is designed according to the positioning scheme; scanning point clouds of the parts, virtually assembling the parts and analyzing assembling gaps; virtually assembling parts and parts assembled with the parts; assembling a gap packaging model, and performing 3D printing on a compensation gasket; the flexible assembly tool is adjusted to position the part; and a solid-liquid mixing mode is adopted to eliminate assembly gaps, and coordinated assembly of the parts is completed. According to the method, the problems that complex parts cannot be accurately positioned on the tool and manual assembly of compensation gaskets is difficult to design are solved, the assembly period is shortened, the assembly precision is greatly improved, and the assembly quality of airplanes is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种包容零件制造误差的飞机柔性装配方法,属于航空制造工程/飞机装配领域,适用于飞机零件制造精度满足设计指标但不满足装配定位要求情况下的装配工艺设计,保证零件定位精度。步骤包括:设计零件定位方案,采取点特征代替面、孔特征;根据定位定位方案设计柔性装配工装;对零件扫描点云并虚拟装配并分析装配间隙;虚拟装配零件及与其装配的零件;装配间隙封装建模,3D打印补偿垫片;调整柔性装配工装定位零件;采用固液混合方式消除装配间隙,完成零件的协调装配。本发明解决了复杂零件无法在工装上准确定位和设计补偿垫片手工配做困难的问题,缩短了装配周期长且大幅提高了装配精度,保证了飞机的装配质量。
