The invention relates to a mechanical air suspension air supply control device and method during power-on and power-off of a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of air suspension control in the automobile industry. The mechanical air suspension air supply control device comprises an air suspension structure, the air suspension structure comprises a bearing air bag used for elastic supporting, and the bearing air bag is connected with an air storage cylinder through an air pipeline; the inflation and deflation unit comprises an electromagnetic valve connected to the air outlet end of the air storage cylinder and a mechanical height valve connected to the air inlet end of the bearing air bag, and the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling connection or disconnection of an air pipeline between the air storage cylinder and the mechanical height valve. In the cargo loading operation process after the whole vehicle is shut down and powered off, an air pipeline between the air storage cylinder and the mechanical altitude valve can be cut off through the electromagnetic valve, so that the air taking pressure of loading equipment of the vehicle from the air storage cylinder is stable, the whole loading operation process can be ensured not to be interrupted, and meanwhile, the system air pressure in the air storage cylinder is not reduced after the vehicle is shut down and powered off; the vehicle can be quickly started after being electrified and started, and the user attendance efficiency is improved.
