The invention relates to a training method and device of a pre-accident risk assessment model fused with post-accident vehicle dynamics, a passenger injury risk assessment method and device, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: inputting vehicle motion sequence information into a reference risk assessment model, and obtaining a first coding hidden variable and a first decoding hidden variable; the reference risk assessment model is obtained based on vehicle motion sequence information training; inputting the collision condition characteristic information into an initial target risk assessment model to obtain a second coding hidden variable, a second decoding hidden variable and passenger injury assessment information; and determining a loss value based on the first coding hidden variable, the first decoding hidden variable, the second coding hidden variable, the second decoding hidden variable, the passenger injury evaluation information and the passenger injury true value information, and adjusting model parameters based on the loss value. The risk assessment model trained by the method can give consideration to relatively high risk assessment efficiency and risk assessment accuracy.
