According to the invention, the cis-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, the styrene-butadiene copolymer and the chloroprene rubber are matched with each other in the formula, and the oil-resistant plasticizer formed by mixing 4, 5-epoxy tetrahydrophthalic acid dioctyl (2-ethylhexyl) ester and poly (tetraethylene glycol adipate) is added on the basis of the three raw materials, so that a synergistic effect is achieved, and the oil-resistant performance of the oil-resistant rubber is improved.     本发明公开了一种耐油工业车辆轮胎胎面胶料组合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:顺式1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶30‑50份、苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物30‑50份、氯丁橡胶30‑50份、耐油增塑剂20‑40份、炭黑N22040‑80份、芳烃油3‑9份、防老剂40201.5‑2.5份、防老剂RD 0.5‑1.5份、微晶蜡0.5‑1.5份、硬脂酸1‑3份、氧化锌2‑5份、氧化镁0.5‑1.5份、硫磺1‑3份、促进剂DPTT 1.5‑2.5份。本发明在配方中使用了顺式1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶、苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物、氯丁橡胶相互配合,并在上述三个原料的基础上加入了由4,5‑环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛(2‑乙基已基)酯、聚(己二酸—四甘醇酯)混合组成的耐油增塑剂,以达到协同作用,能够使胎面的耐油溶胀性能和粘合性能均得到明显改善。
