The embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioner air volume self-adaptive adjusting method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of heat management systems. The method comprises the steps that a manual air volume gear interval based on user habits in a previous statistical period is obtained; and after an automatic air volume gear obtained through calculation based on the air volume automatic control module is restrained by the manual air volume gear interval, a final output air volume gear is obtained. According to the method, the automatic air volume is adjusted based on the user manual air volume setting habit, so that automatic air volume control meets the user requirement, and the problem that an existing automatic air volume control mode cannot meet the user requirement is solved.
