The invention relates to a zinc ion capacitor, a preparation method thereof and a vehicle. The zinc ion capacitor comprises a capacitor positive electrode, a capacitor negative electrode and a gel type zinc ion electrolyte. The capacitor positive electrode comprises first carbon cloth, and the surface of the first carbon cloth is provided with a cobalt-doped manganese dioxide nanostructure. The capacitor cathode comprises second carbon cloth and an active substance layer arranged on the second carbon cloth, and the active substance layer comprises active carbon. The gel type zinc ion electrolyte is at least attached to the surfaces of the capacitor positive electrode and the capacitor negative electrode. According to the zinc ion capacitor, the cobalt-doped manganese dioxide positive electrode is matched with the activated carbon negative electrode, so that the specific capacitance is improved, the resistance is reduced, the stability of the whole device is improved, and the asymmetric zinc ion supercapacitor with high energy density is obtained.

    本发明涉及一种锌离子电容器及其制备方法、车辆。锌离子电容器包括电容正极、电容负极以及凝胶型锌离子电解质。电容正极包括第一碳布,第一碳布的表面具有钴掺杂二氧化锰纳米结构。电容负极包括第二碳布以及设置在第二碳布上的活性物质层,活性物质层包含活性炭。凝胶型锌离子电解质至少附着在电容正极和电容负极的表面上。上述锌离子电容器通过将钴掺杂的二氧化锰正极与活性炭负极进行匹配,提高比电容,降低电阻,提高整体器件的稳定性,得到高能量密度的非对称锌离子超级电容器。
