The invention provides a platform door operation and maintenance system. The platform door operation and maintenance system comprises a station edge calculation subsystem and a platform server. The station edge subsystem carries out platform door fault identification according to real-time output data of a plurality of sensors used for monitoring operation parameters of related subcomponents (including a platform door control unit) of a station door. And when the fault is identified, fault positioning is carried out based on a fault logic tree with a plurality of fault judgment nodes (partially realized as a pre-trained neural network model), and a fault identification result and a fault positioning result are uploaded to the platform server. And the platform server receives and stores the fault alarm information and/or the fault positioning information uploaded by the station edge subsystem, and generates a maintenance suggestion/work order based on the received fault identification result and the fault positioning result. The operation and maintenance system provided by the invention not only can quickly identify and position the fault of the platform door, but also can evaluate the health state of the platform door, and provides a reference for making a plan for maintenance.
