The problem that under the condition that liquid exists in the compressor, liquid impact accidents are caused when the compressor is directly started at the high second rotating speed, and consequently the compressor is damaged can be solved. And the detection data is the time and current data corresponding to the first preset number of turns of the compressor, and the time and current data are synthesized to judge whether the compressor is in a liquid-impact-free state, so that the accuracy of a judgment result can be further improved.
