The invention provides a communication device and method for an interlocking control system and a trackside equipment controller, the system comprises the interlocking control system and the trackside equipment controller, the interlocking control system is used for sending a first message to the trackside equipment controller through a target network; the trackside equipment controller is used for receiving and analyzing the first message and acquiring control information of the trackside equipment in a control range of the trackside equipment controller; the trackside equipment controller is also used for sending the second message to the interlocking control system through the target network; and the interlocking control system is also used for receiving and analyzing the second message and acquiring the state information of the trackside equipment in the control range of the trackside equipment controller. The communication mode that the interlocking control system and the trackside equipment controller are connected to the same target network is adopted to replace a traditional cable communication mode, the trackside equipment is controlled, the control range of the interlocking control system and the trackside equipment controller is expanded, complex cable wiring work is eliminated, and convenience is provided for site construction.

    本发明提供一种联锁控制系统与轨旁设备控制器的通信装置及方法,系统包括:联锁控制系统和轨旁设备控制器,联锁控制系统,用于通过目标网络将第一报文发送给轨旁设备控制器;轨旁设备控制器,用于接收并解析第一报文,获取轨旁设备控制器控制范围内的轨旁设备的控制信息;轨旁设备控制器,还用于通过目标网络将第二报文发送给联锁控制系统;联锁控制系统,还用于接收并解析第二报文,获取轨旁设备控制器控制范围内的轨旁设备的状态信息。本发明采用联锁控制系统和轨旁设备控制器接入同一目标网络的通信方式代替传统的电缆通信方式,控制轨旁设备,扩展联锁控制系统与轨旁设备控制器的控制范围,消除了复杂的电缆布线工作,为现场施工提供便利。
