The invention relates to the technical field of aero-engine propeller testing equipment. The aero-engine propeller testing system comprises a supporting piece, a propeller to be tested is arranged on a base plane, the propeller to be tested is provided with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected to the base plane through a connecting piece; the tension test piece is arranged at one end, away from the to-be-tested propeller, of the rotating shaft and used for detecting tension of the to-be-tested propeller; the torque test piece is arranged on the connecting piece and used for detecting the torque of the propeller to be detected; the rotating speed test piece is arranged on the connecting piece and used for detecting the rotating speed of the to-be-tested propeller; and a wind speed test piece. According to the invention, when the to-be-detected propeller is detected, the tension, the torque, the rotating speed, the wind speed, the pressure and the temperature generated by the to-be-detected bolt can be detected at the same time. According to the data, no extra detection equipment is needed, various data of the engine propeller can be efficiently and accurately tested, and the dynamometer of the performance of the engine propeller can be accurately reflected.

    本发明涉及航空发动机螺旋桨测试设备技术领域。公开一种航空发动机螺旋桨测试系统,包括:支撑件,基面设置有待测螺旋桨,待测螺旋桨具有一旋转的转轴,转轴通过连接件连接在基面上;拉力测试件,设置在转轴远离待测螺旋桨的一端,用于检测待测螺旋桨拉力;扭矩测试件,设置在连接件上用于检测待测螺旋桨扭矩;转速测试件,设置在连接件上用于检测待测螺旋桨转速;风速测试件。本发明能够实现在对待测螺旋桨进行检测时,可同时检测待测螺栓将产生的拉力、扭矩、转速、风速、压力、温度。针对上述数据,不需要额外的检测设备,能够高效准确测试发动机螺旋桨各项数据、精准反应发动机螺旋桨性能的测功。
