The invention discloses an offshore photovoltaic power generation platform and system, and the platform comprises a plurality of floating body units which are distributed at intervals, the floating body units can float on the sea level, a part of each floating body unit is located below the sea level, and the other part of each floating body unit is located above the sea level; the first frame is arranged at the top of the floating body unit, the first frame comprises a plurality of stand columns, and each stand column is correspondingly and fixedly connected with the floating body unit; the second frame is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the floating body unit; the second frame comprises connecting rods, the connecting rods are distributed in the circumferential direction of the floating body units at intervals, and the connecting rods are connected with the two adjacent floating body units. The photovoltaic panel is laid on the top surface of the first frame; the mooring piece is arranged on the side face of the stand column, the mooring piece is connected with one end of the anchor rope, and the other end of the anchor rope is connected with the anchor. The structural design of the upper frame and the lower frame is adopted, so that the overall stress strength of the platform is improved, and various loads of sea stormy waves and flows can be resisted.

    本发明公开了一种海上光伏发电平台及发电系统,该海上光伏发电平台包括:浮体单元,其设为多个且间隔分布,浮体单元设为能够漂浮于海平面上,且浮体单元的部分位于海平面以下,另一部分位于海平面以上;第一框架,其设于浮体单元的顶部,第一框架包括多个立柱,每个立柱相对应地与浮体单元连接固定;第二框架,其与浮体单元的底面连接固定;其中,第二框架包括连接杆,连接杆沿浮体单元的周向间隔分布,且连接杆与相邻的两个浮体单元连接;光伏板,其铺设于第一框架的顶面上;系泊件,其设于立柱的侧面上,系泊件与锚绳的一端连接,锚绳的另一端与锚连接。通过采用上下框架结构设计,以提升平台整体的受力强度,可抵挡海上的风浪流各种荷载。
