The invention provides an electric vehicle battery intelligent operation and maintenance method based on full life cycle management, and the method comprises the steps: an electric vehicle is connected with a charging pile, an operation and maintenance center obtains a charging signal of the electric vehicle, obtains a license plate number of the electric vehicle from a mobile terminal APP, and transmits the data to the operation and maintenance center; the operation and maintenance center performs whole-process monitoring on the charging process of the electric vehicle, performs real-time monitoring on a battery, and transmits monitoring data to the cloud server; an algorithm on the cloud server is used for analyzing the monitoring data, battery charging state indexes are extracted, the battery charging indexes comprise battery charging current and battery charging power, and the charging electric quantity, the maximum charging power and the maximum charging current in the current charging state are stored on the cloud server according to the battery charging state indexes; and the cloud server summarizes and processes the charging data of the license plate number to obtain full-life-cycle data of the automobile battery, predicts the service life and the fault risk of the battery, and formulates a proper maintenance plan and a proper scrapping scheme.

    本发明提供一种基于全寿命周期管理的电动汽车电池智慧运维方法,该方法包括步骤:电动汽车连接充电桩,运维中心获取电动汽车充电的信号,并从移动终端APP上获取电动汽车车牌号,并将数据发送给运维中心;运维中心对电动汽车充电过程进行全程监控,对电池进行实时监测,并将监测数据传输到云服务器中;利用云服务器上的算法对监测数据进行分析,提取电池充电状态指标,电池充电指标包括电池充电电流、电池充电功率根据电池充电状态指标,云服务器上保存本次充电状态下的充电电量,最大充电功率,最大充电电流;云服务器对该车牌号的充电数据进行汇总和数据处理,得出汽车电池全寿命周期数据,预测电池的寿命和故障风险,并制定适当的维护计划和报废方案。
