The invention relates to an active noise reduction method and a noise reduction system for a charging module, and belongs to the field of power supply noise reduction. Comprising the following steps: (1) checking fan parameters, device layout and air duct length; (2) selecting a fan with relatively low rated rotating speed and maximum air volume; (3) at least two fans are connected in parallel, the length range of an air duct is 200-250 mm, and the width range of the air duct is 320-440 mm; (4) the rated rotating speed range of the fan is 6000 RPM to 8000 RPM, the maximum air volume range is 85 CFM to 93 CFM, and PWM rotating speed control is carried out; and (5) a fan self-adaptive speed regulation method is adopted, so that the fan is prevented from working at the highest rotating speed for a long time. According to the method, a low-voltage fan parallel connection method and reasonable application of the wide air duct are adopted, the measures of optimizing the layout of air duct components and shortening the length of the air duct to reduce air resistance are adopted, low-noise long-term operation of the charging module can be achieved, safe and reliable operation of the charging module can be met, and active noise reduction of the charging module is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种用于充电模块的主动降噪方法及降噪系统,属于电源降噪领域。包括以下步骤:(1)查看风机参数、器件布局和风道长度;(2)选择额定转速和最大风量相对较低的风机;(3)采用至少2台风机并联,风道长度范围为200mm~250mm,风道宽度范围为320mm~440mm;(4)风机的额定转速范围为6000RPM~8000RPM,最大风量范围为85CFM—93CFM,PWM转速控制;(5)采用风机自适应调速方法,避免风机长期工作于最高转速。本发明的方法采用低压风机并联的方法以及宽风道的合理应用,通过优化风道元器件布局和缩短风道的长度以降低风阻的措施,能够实现充电模块的低噪音长期运行并能满足充电模块的安全可靠运行,实现了充电模块的主动降噪。
