The invention discloses a radar speed measurement and multi-physical quantity integrated bogie health state monitoring method, system, equipment and medium, and the method comprises the steps: collecting physical signals of a train in a normal operation state, the physical signals comprising speed, vibration, noise and temperature signals at k measurement points of a train bogie; the vibration signal and the noise signal are preprocessed in combination with the vehicle speed signal and then subjected to time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis, and signal features are extracted; and carrying out statistical analysis on the temperature signals to obtain statistical characteristics of the signals. According to the bogie health state monitoring method, system and equipment fusing radar speed measurement and multiple physical quantities and the medium, weighting processing is carried out on collected vehicle speed signals and physical quantity signals such as vibration, noise and temperature to obtain fusion indexes, and vehicle speeds are divided into different grades; and performing comparison and judgment according to the threshold values of the health state fusion indexes at different vehicle speeds, thereby realizing health state evaluation of the bogie at different vehicle speeds.

    本发明公开了一种融合雷达测速与多物理量的转向架健康状态监测方法、系统、设备及介质,方法包括:采集列车正常运行状态下的物理信号,所述物理信号包括列车转向架k个测点处的车速、振动、噪声和温度信号;结合车速信号对振动信号和噪声信号预处理后进行时域分析和频域分析,并提取信号特征;对温度信号进行统计分析,得到信号的统计特征。该融合雷达测速与多物理量的转向架健康状态监测方法、系统、设备及介质,将采集到的车速信号与振动、噪声、温度等物理量信号进行加权处理得到融合指标,并将车速划分为不同等级,根据不同车速下健康状态融合指标的阈值进行比较判断,即可实现不同的车速下转向架的健康状态评估。
