The invention relates to an actuator based on ultrasonic motor driving and a control system thereof. The torque output by the ultrasonic motor reaches 500N thrust at the output end of the rack through gear transmission. In the device, a first output gear is directly connected to an output shaft of an ultrasonic motor; the first input gear and the second output gear are installed on the gear shaft, positioning of the gears and the shaft is carried out through key grooves, and axial positioning is carried out on the gears and the shaft through a sleeve. The output rack is fixed to a sliding rail, and the sliding rail determines the movement direction through a sliding block installed on the side face. The two ends of the shaft are radially positioned through bearings, at the first input gear end, the bearings are placed in grooves of the shell, and the other ends of the bearings are fixed through bearing end covers. And the output end of the ultrasonic motor realizes high-thrust output after speed reduction and torque increase of the gear set. The gear set is adopted for speed reduction, and the speed reducer has the advantages of being high in precision, large in output thrust, small in size, low in cost and low in output rotating speed.

    本发明涉及一种基于超声电机驱动的作动器及其控制系统。由超声电机输出的扭矩,通过齿轮传动,在齿条输出端达到500N的推力。装置中,第一输出齿轮直接连接在超声电机的输出轴上;第一输入齿轮和第二输出齿轮安装在齿轮轴上,利用键槽进行齿轮和轴的定位,并通过套筒对其进行轴向定位;输出齿条固定在滑轨上,滑轨通过安装在侧面的滑块来确定运动方向;轴的两端通过轴承进行径向的定位,在第一输入齿轮端,轴承放置在外壳的槽内,另一端通过轴承端盖固定。超声电机输出端经过齿轮组减速增扭后,实现大推力输出。本发明采用齿轮组进行减速,具有高精度、输出推力大、体积小、成本低、输出转速低的特性。
