The invention discloses a large box culvert hoisting device and a hoisting, transporting and mounting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of prefabrication, transporting and mounting of large box culverts, in particular to a large box culvert hoisting device which is prefabricated on land and mounted on water and a hoisting, transporting and mounting method thereof. Comprising a box culvert body and an upper sling, two symmetrical through hole channels are formed in a bottom plate of the box culvert body, and a lower sling penetrates through the through hole channels and then is fixed to a lifting frame; the through hole channel is located between two layers of reinforcing meshes of a bottom plate of the box culvert body, the distance between the center of the through hole channel in the horizontal direction and the two ends of the box culvert body is one fourth of the length of the box culvert body, the two ends of the through hole channel are semicircular, and the thickness of a reinforcing steel bar protection layer is reserved in the through hole channel. Upper slings are arranged at the tops of the four corners of the lifting frame. The method has the positive effects that hoisting of the large box culvert is facilitated, underwater assistance of a diver is not needed, meanwhile, the box culvert can be prefabricated in a double-layer or multi-layer mode, operation is easy, use is convenient, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is saved.

    大型箱涵吊装装置及其起吊出运安装工法,涉及大型箱涵预制、出运和安装技术领域,特别是涉及一种陆上预制、水上安装的大型箱涵吊装装置及其起吊出运安装工法。包括箱涵本体和上吊索,所述箱涵本体的底板设置有两个对称的贯穿孔道,下吊索穿过贯穿孔道后固定在吊装架上;所述贯穿孔道位于箱涵本体底板的两层钢筋网片间,贯穿孔道的中心水平方向与箱涵本体两端的距离为四分之一箱涵本体的长度,贯穿孔道的两端为半圆形,贯穿孔道预留出钢筋保护层厚度;所述吊装架的四角顶部设置有上吊索。本发明具有便于大型箱涵吊装,无需潜水员水下水下辅助,同时能够双层或多层预制箱涵,操作简单,使用方便,提高施工效率,节约施工成本的积极效果。
