The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, and discloses a fuel cell heat dissipation system, a control method and a fuel cell, which can heat a gas-water mixture discharged from an exhaust port of a galvanic pile by using high-temperature cooling liquid discharged from the galvanic pile while air cooling is performed on a heat dissipation assembly through a heat dissipation fan. The heated air-water mixture is sent to the heat dissipation spraying unit through the drainage fan to be atomized to form water mist, the water mist is sprayed to the surface of the heat dissipation assembly, the water mist absorbs heat dissipated by the heat dissipation assembly, the heat dissipation fan strengthens air circulation around the heat dissipation assembly, water mist evaporation is facilitated to take away the heat of the heat dissipation assembly, and the cooling effect of the heat dissipation assembly is improved. A high-temperature gas-water mixture is formed after a gas-water mixture discharged from an exhaust port of the galvanic pile is heated by high-temperature cooling liquid discharged from the galvanic pile, and the temperature of water mist formed by atomization is high, so that the water mist is easier to evaporate after absorbing heat on the surface of the heat dissipation assembly, liquid water mist is prevented from being gathered on the surface of the heat dissipation assembly, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved. Therefore, the cooling effect of the heat dissipation assembly is improved.

    本发明涉及燃料电池技术领域,公开了一种燃料电池散热系统、控制方法及燃料电池,可以在通过散热风扇对散热组件进行风冷的同时,利用电堆排出的高温冷却液对电堆的排气口排出的气水混合物进行升温,升温后的气水混合物由引流风机送至散热喷淋单元雾化形成水雾并喷射至散热组件的表面,使水雾吸收散热组件散发的热量,散热风扇加强散热组件周围的空气流通,有利于水雾蒸发带走散热组件的热量,提高散热组件的降温效果。电堆的排气口排出的气水混合物在利用电堆排出的高温冷却液进行升温后形成高温气水混合物,雾化形成的水雾温度较高,使水雾吸收散热组件表面的热量后更容易蒸发,防止液态水雾在散热组件表面集聚,以提高对散热组件的降温效果。
