The invention relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing, in particular to a deck T-beam heating pre-arching method which comprises the following steps that S1, a deck is placed on the horizontal plane, and a T-beam of the deck faces upwards; s2, setting a position point to be heated on the T beam; s3, heating the position point to a set temperature by adopting an electromagnetic heating device; s4, heating is stopped, all the position points are naturally cooled, and the deck is in a pre-arching state; s5, measuring the height difference between the middle position of the deck and the two ends of the deck; and S6, whether the height difference value is within the pre-arching range value or not is judged, and if yes, it is determined that pre-arching operation is completed. While effective pre-arching can be carried out on the deck, the operation efficiency is guaranteed, and the pre-arching effect is improved.

    本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种甲板T梁加热预拱方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、将甲板放置在水平面上,所述甲板的T梁朝上;S2、在所述T梁上设定待加热的位置点;S3、采用电磁加热装置对所述位置点加热至设定温度;S4、停止加热,待各个所述位置点自然冷却,使得所述甲板处于预拱状态;S5、测量所述甲板中间位置与所述甲板两端之间的高度差值;S6、判断所述高度差值是否位于预拱范围值内,如果是,则认定完成预拱作业。本发明能够对甲板进行有效预拱的同时,保证作业效率,提升预拱效果。
