The invention discloses a vehicle alignment method based on laser and a high-definition camera. The method comprises the following steps: uploading streaming media data collected by the high-definition camera to a server, and converting the streaming media data into pictures according to frames; vehicle positions and laser circles are classified according to the converted pictures, and the position conditions of vehicle canning openings and the laser circles are calculated in real time according to classification results within configurable time intervals; the driver is reminded to advance or retreat based on the position condition, and then the automatic alignment function is completed; according to the method provided by the invention, the driver can be prompted to move forwards and backwards until the alignment is finished under the condition that the driver does not get off, the manpower cost and the time cost can be effectively reduced, and automatic canning can be realized in combination with an automatic metering system.

    本发明公开了一种基于激光与高清摄像头的车辆对口方法包括:将通过高清摄像头采集的流媒体数据上传至服务器,并将流媒体数据按帧转换为图片;根据转换的图片对车辆位置和激光圆圈进行分类,在可配置时间间隔内利用分类的结果实时计算车辆罐装口和激光圆圈的位置情况;基于位置情况提醒司机前进或后退,继而完成自动对口功能;本发明提供的方法可以解决在司机不下车的情况下提示司机前进后退直到对口完成,可以有效减少人力成本和时间成本开支,结合自动计量系统可以做到自动罐装。
