The P-EPS system for the minibus comprises a main shell, a shell assembly, a speed reducing mechanism and a main shaft assembly, the speed reducing mechanism comprises a worm gear and a worm, and a clearance compensation mechanism and a bearing seat for supporting the worm are arranged on the main shell; the clearance compensation mechanism comprises an adjusting plug arranged on the main shell and an adjusting spring arranged between the adjusting plug and the bearing seat, a mounting groove for containing the bearing seat is formed in the main shell, and the bearing seat is arranged to move in the mounting groove in the first direction and the second direction; the first direction is parallel to the axis of the worm, the second direction is perpendicular to the worm gear and the axis of the worm, and the mounting groove is a rectangular groove. According to the P-EPS electric power steering system for the minibus, the arranged clearance compensation mechanism is simple in structure, low in cost, short in service life, low in failure rate, free of influence of the working environment temperature and small in boundary size, vehicle frame arrangement is facilitated, and the product quality of the steering system can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种:微型面包车用P‑EPS电动助力转向系统,包括主壳体、壳体总成、减速机构和主轴总成,减速机构包括蜗轮和蜗杆,主壳体上设置间隙补偿机构和对蜗杆提供支撑的轴承座,所述间隙补偿机构包括设置于所述主壳体上的调节螺堵以及设置于调节螺堵和所述轴承座之间的调节弹簧,所述主壳体内设置容纳轴承座的安装槽,轴承座设置成在安装槽内可沿第一方向和第二方向进行移动,第一方向与蜗杆轴线相平行,第二方向与蜗轮和蜗杆轴线相垂直,安装槽为矩形槽。本发明的微型面包车用P‑EPS电动助力转向系统,设置的间隙补偿机构结构简单、成本低、寿命及故障率低、不受工作环境温度的影响、边界尺寸小有利于车架布置,可以提高转向系统的产品质量。
